The short version

This public website uses no analytics, advertising, social-media pixels, or non-essential cookies. When you visit, IT Custom Solution LLC and Cloudflare automatically process limited technical information, such as your IP address, request time, requested URL, browser and device information, and security signals, to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies when its bot-mitigation features are triggered. The available desktop web app presents product privacy notices and controls at the relevant actions.

1. Who we are

Alex Folzi is a fashion technology product. The website and app are built and operated by IT Custom Solution LLC (United States). You can reach us at [email protected] for any privacy question or request.

2. What this website collects

Technical and security information. When you request a page, IT Custom Solution LLC and Cloudflare automatically process technical information needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website, including IP address, request metadata, and browser or device information. We do not use that information for advertising or cross-site profiling. We use no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no social plugins.

Interest forms. You may choose to give us your email address for consumer, tailor, or brand updates. A submission requires confirmation before the interest record is active. Every marketing message will include an unsubscribe route. We will not sell your email address or share it for another party's marketing.

3. What we will never do

• Sell your personal information, on this site or in the app.
• Share body data for advertising, or use it for advertising, ever.
• Run targeted advertising on this website.

Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control are honoured by default: there is nothing to opt out of.

4. The desktop app

The desktop web app describes the data used by each product action and keeps optional training, merchant sharing, and social sharing off by default. Signed-in controls cover consent, retained raw media, exports, and account deletion. The product does not sell body data or use body data for advertising. Provider-specific processing and retention remain subject to the in-product notice and the verified vendor configuration.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live and whether applicable law covers our processing, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other action concerning personal information. Email [email protected] to make a request. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. Legal exceptions may apply; where no law applies, we honour reasonable requests as a matter of policy.

5a. Service providers, retention, and browser signals

Service providers and disclosures. We disclose technical information to Cloudflare to deliver and protect the website. If you contact us, our email provider processes your message for us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or security, or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not permit these providers to use website information for their own advertising.

Retention. Technical and security information is retained according to operational and security needs and applicable provider settings. Support correspondence is retained as needed to respond, keep appropriate records, protect legal rights, and comply with law. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed.

Browser privacy signals. This website does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, so a Do Not Track signal does not change the site's behaviour. Where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, we treat it as an applicable opt-out request.

6. Age

Alex Folzi is designed for adults. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them; the app will require users to be 18 or older.

7. Changes

We will post changes here and revise the effective date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it before the change takes effect. If a change is material and we hold your waitlist email, we will tell you directly.
